Our Story
Joe Force has spent more than 38 years in insurance — he started in November 1987 — and he has built the agency around a single Bentonville office serving Benton County and the surrounding Northwest Arkansas communities — Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista and Centerton. He earned a B.A. from Southern Arkansas University and went on to complete the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and LUTCF designations. Those credentials matter most in the quiet part of this work: reading a policy closely, catching the gap before it turns into a claim problem, and then explaining the difference to someone who has better things to think about. The agency writes auto, home, condo, renters, landlord, motorcycle, ATV, boat, business and life coverage as an Allstate exclusive agency. It has stayed small on purpose. When something goes wrong, you are not starting over with a stranger who has to read your file first.
Our Mission
Insurance should be simple to understand and easy to get help with. We answer the phone, we explain coverage in plain language, and we take the time to make sure what you're buying actually fits how you live here. Whether it's a first apartment in Bentonville, a growing family in Centerton, or a small business a few minutes off McNelly Road, the goal doesn't change — you should understand what your policy does long before you ever need it to do anything.
