What are your agency hours?
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM. Saturday by appointment. Sunday closed.
Are you open on weekends?
Saturday by appointment. Sunday closed.

What languages do you speak?
We have staff members available who speak English.
Do you have more than one location?
No, this is our only location. Our office is at 823 NW McNelly Rd in Bentonville.
What areas do you serve?
Our office serves Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista and Centerton, along with the surrounding Benton County communities. Joe is licensed in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.
Do you offer after-hours appointments?
Yes. If the workday does not leave room for it, call the office and we will set an after-hours appointment.
